We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and product images are for illustration.

Stifle knee braces are comfort and support products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a knee injury or medical condition, please consult your doctor or physiotherapist before use. Always ride safely and follow the guidance of your instructor and your equestrian governing body.

4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices, products or offers at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain pricing errors, or are suspected of fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. PROMOTIONS AND FREE GIFTS
Promotions and free gifts are available while stocks last, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time. If an order that included a free gift is refunded, the gift may need to be returned or its value deducted.

All content on this website, including our name, logo, images, videos and text, belongs to Stifle or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written consent.
